The Ashbee

Okay, so this one is slightly different. It is a cross between a Craftsman and a Cottage and is based on a vintage plan that I came across online. I renamed it the Ashbee after an arts and crafts designer as I am adding it to my surburban dreams set.

 

The Old Victorian Pump House

The old pump house was derelect until a young couple on honeymoon stumbled upon it and saw the potential to convert it. Now lovingly restored it has 2  bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Open plan living room with seating and dining areas, large modern fitted kitchen. Laundry nook, Office/hobby room, upper terrace area with built in outdoor kitchen and steps leading down to garden. Gazebo with fire pit, landscaped gardens and fishing pond, indoor swimming pool with mini-gym, double garage. No custom content.

New Section Revealed ~ Suburban Dreams!

Contemporary Craftsman ~ The Maybeck

Today I am opening a new section and a new style of build to my website - The Suburban Dreams! these houses will be more traditional suburban family homes with a strong American influence. the first in the series is called "The Maybeck" and is named after the American Architect Morris. This attractive contemporary craftsman is a perfect family home and will look great in the suburbs. It boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Entrance hallway, Living room with open fireplace, office nook and patio doors giving access to the terrace. Dining room. kitchen with breakfast nook, seperate laundry room. Master suite with patio doors to private terrace, master bath, Guest suite with private bathroom, Nursery, youth bedroom with twin beds, family bathroom.
